• Materials must be clean and in good condition, free of pet hair and unscented.
• We accept:
  • New fiber materials such as fabric, yarn, leather, ribbons and other trims, lace, stuffing/batting, interfacing
  • Material scraps in a usable size for learning/experimenting/quilting (not cabbage)
  • Partial but abandoned projects
  • Sewing, knitting, embroidery, and leather-making related supplies (thread, needles, cutters, mats, quilting materials, etc)
  • Curtains, tablecloths, unused bedding (must be clean, curtains and table-cloths must clean and washed)
  • Uncut patterns
• We do not accept
  • Clothing or completed projects
  • Used materials (except as noted below)
  • Soiled, dirty, moldy, stained, or smelly materials
  • Non-sewing crafting materials (e.g. pipe cleaners, glue, construction paper)
• Donated materials will be provided free of charge to Makerspace users. The Makerspace has the right to donate or dispose of all donated materials as it sees fit.
